Lachlan {Newborn Portraits}

In December Lachlan & his family came to see me for a newborn session. This beautiful baby boy was so awesome to photograph, he slept most of his shoot but he was also very interested in the camera when he was awake :-)

Isn't he just the cutest wee guy!

And we got some shots of him with his beautiful mumma Danielle too!

Danielle showed me a similar photo to the one above that she had seen & really liked. A lot of people never guess how these photos are created, but it is actually simply with a black blanket on the posing bag, the photo is taken looking down on the baby, positioned safely on the bag, not held up in the air like you might first think.
