Harper Rose turns Two {Portraits}

My good friend and fellow photographer Steph Reid, of Lullaby Grace Photography, recently had me take portraits of her adorable daughter Harper Rose, to mark her 2nd birthday. It was a lot of fun catching up with Steph who I don't get to see often enough, although we are always in contact. 

I had a lot of fun taking these photos. I knew Steph would let me get creative with the delicious late afternoon light and Harper Rose is no stranger to the camera so it was a winning combination. But it's daunting taking photos for a fellow photographer. Each and every one of us has our own style and see things uniquely. What appeals to me might not appeal to the next person. However I knew to take it as a compliment that Steph had asked me to take these photos :)
