In January Gregory celebrated his 60th birthday with a big party on the family farm. And his family made the most of all being together for the weekend and asked me to come out to update their family portraits for them. I loved catching up with those I already knew & meeting the rest of the Todd family. It was blowing a gale on the day of the photoshoot but you'd never know from these photos. We found some sheltered spots for photos around the garden & even in the old woolshed.
While it's not always easy to organise the whole family to be in one place at one time for these sorts of shoots, extended-family shoots are a great chance to document multiple generations. I definitely had my hands full on this extended-family shoot with 9 kids 😉, although I think my current record is 11 children in one shoot!
A big thank you to Emma & Helen for helping organise and co-ordinate these photos with me! It was a privilege to document your family at such a special time. Your prints are going through the printer as I write this & they are looking beautiful! x
