It's Wednesday which means it's wedding blog day!!! And I'm thrilled to share CJ & Sarah's gorgeous Pine Hill Dunedin wedding! These two got married last Saturday on a stunning family owned property, surrounded by their loved ones. Their day was a celebration of their love story so far, made complete with their two daughters running around in cute flower girl dresses.
Weddings are emotional days. There's usually some nerves, a few tears of joy and a whole lot of excitement! And CJ & Sarah's day was no exception. There were teary bridesmaids as Sarah stepped into her dress, tales were told during speeches that had the marquee loud with laughter and it was easy to see just how happy CJ & Sarah were to be married!
I adored the styling of CJ & Sarah's day - the florals, the mis-matched bridesmaid dresses and just wait until you see their wedding cake! Sarah is a details person. And if you've seen just a couple of my wedding blogs you'll know I am too! So prepare for lots of beautiful details in this wedding blog.
While the bridesmaids and Sarah's mum got pampered by the hair and makeup team, Sarah casually spent her morning making cute rosemary & gypsophila flower crowns for the bridesmaids.
Sarah looked like a princess in that gorgeous wedding dress! And just wait until you see the lace detailing of the back!!!
CJ got ready at the farm with their two gorgeous daughters and the groomsmen.
The wedding ceremony and reception were hosted at The Pines, a family owned property. It was the perfect location for everyone to spend the whole day celebrating.
As guests spent the warm, sunny afternoon in the gardens - the newlyweds and their awesome bridal party headed up the hill for portraits with us.
There were just so many beautiful spots on the property. From the paddocks to the native bush! I love that this place is special to CJ and Sarah, making these photos even more meaningful.
Dunedin turned on a beautiful sunny afternoon for everyone to relax and enjoy the gardens.
The marquee looked incredible with so many special wee details.
CJ & Sarah danced to one of my favourite songs; Love you til the End by the Pogues.
Congratulations guys! What a beautiful day celebrating the beginning of your marriage! We wish you both a lifetime of happiness together for all the adventures yet to come in your lives.
Thank you for the privilege of photographing your day. I hope you love these highlights from your wedding day, I struggled to cram all my favourites into the blog! So many more photos to come! xx
